Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges for products that are defective or damaged during transit. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will provide instructions on how to return or exchange it.
Custom orders or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
What should I do if my acrylic product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@maestroglas.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will assess the damage and either send you a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
